Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your EcoFlow device in its original box with all included cables, accessories, and manuals to ensure safe transit and full refund eligibility.

  Ship to Our Facility

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; keep your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
